How We Change Behavior

Behavior Change Techniques or BCT's for short are specific components that make an intervention, feature or experience more effective.

The Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy (BCTTv1) is made up of 93 techniques categorized into 16 groups. It was created by Susan Michie and colleagues at University College London.

I made an easy to use board in miro and figma with resources to help you visualize use these techniques in your projects.
