Each certificate comes with its own unique ID, the name of the course, and the date it was awarded.

General questions for all courses
1. I would like enroll my team in your courses. Do you offer any group discont?
Yes, we offer team discounts for groups of 5 or more members. If you're interested in training your team with one of our Aim For Behavior courses, please reach out to us.
2. Is there a time limit on the courses?
No there is not. Since the courses are self-paced, you can start and finish them whenever you like.
3. Can I get the option to assign these courses to our employees when relevant?
Yes, you can. We can offer two options for you depending on what will be easier and the most efficient for you and your team.
4. Does my team need prior experience on Behavioral Science to take any of your courses?
No, there are no prerequisites before taking any of the courses and there is no pre-work for the lessons.
5. Is the only option to pay online or can we pay by invoice/purchase order?
We usually prefer online and we can create a payment link for the amount and an invoice, however if your organization needs to do it via bank transfer, we can do it that way as well.
6. Is there any specific software needed to run the training?
No specific software is needed as it is run on Podia.
7. Can you confirm what platform the training is delivered on and if it's with a trainer?
The learning is delivered via an online teaching platform. The learning is digital self-paced without a trainer. Each participant can go through it at their own pace.
8. How long does it take to complete a course?
It all depends on which course you decide to purchase, but they can vary anything from 2 up to 6 hours. As there is no time limit, each participant can take their own time and finish a course when it suits them.
9. Is there a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the course you may return it for a full refund after 14 days and if no lessons have been completed.
10. How is VAT calculated and collected?
We are based in the Netherlands and follow EU VAT rules for digital products like online courses. Here’s how VAT is applied:
• For customers in the EU (B2C):
VAT is calculated based on your country of residence and included in the total price. We are legally required to collect and remit this VAT to the Dutch tax authorities.
• For customers outside the EU
No VAT is charged (unless we have reached a tax threshold and therefore VAT will be reflected in your invoice.) Your purchase is treated as VAT-exempt under EU export rules for digital services. The price remains the same, but no VAT is included or collected.
• For businesses (B2B) with a valid VAT number:
If you’re in the EU and provide a valid VAT number at checkout, reverse charge rules apply, and VAT is not collected. Your invoice will state that VAT is zero-rated under EU Directive Article 44 and 196.
For non-EU businesses, no VAT is charged, and the sale is treated as an export.
We automatically calculate VAT during checkout based on your billing country and VAT status. The VAT amount (if any) is shown before you complete your purchase, and it’s also reflected on your invoice.
11. How do I access the courses after purchase?
You’ll receive instant access to your course once you have purchased it and through your course dashboard. Log in anytime, on any device.
12. For the Behavior Change Bundle, do I need to complete them in order?
We would recommend starting with the Behavior Design course as it covers the process overall. However, you can start with any course depending on your needs. Each one stands alone but complements the others.
