What you will see is the initial high-level framework, where we outline the following:

We also show our stages of change and processes of change, such as:

a)Awareness of change

b)Decisions to change

c) Transition and implementation

Each of these processes for change includes its overall outcome as well as specific steps/ actions and activities that need to be done.

We added a behavioral science lens to this framework, which makes it unique, so in some steps, you will have specific areas that focus on behavior.

Those will later be illustrated in case studies where we show how these activities are done.

This is probably one of the most important pieces of work I have ever done, and more so as I am doing it not to keep it for myself, but to share it with those teams and organizations that want to really work on change, in a way that is different, that is evidence-based, systematic and that takes into account the people, the environment and the system.

Additionally and with the great work of Piera Mattioli, we are doing so with a human-centered and service design lens.

The work of change and of having such a framework be useful and practical is in the delicate balance of combining and mixing methods.
